Our program focuses on purchasing homes in need of renovation, strategically located in desirable areas, and completely rehabilitating them to a brand-new state. We partner with families in need, offering them a low mortgage plan, often at 0% interest rates, in exchange for their commitment to assist with the rehabilitation process, volunteer at our foundation, and participate in educational programs related to financial literacy, wellness/health, and life skills. By providing families with renovated homes, smaller mortgages, and comprehensive support, our program not only helps them achieve homeownership but also empowers them to improve their financial position and contribute to the community, ensuring long-term stability and growth for both the families and the neighborhoods they reside in.
